- 1986: Bendix Electronics (formerly Renix) sold its small series division, which became Actia
- 1984: Renix (later Continental) set up a site in Foix, Ariège county
- 1983: Renix set up a site in Boussens, Haute-Garonne county
- 1979: Renix (Renault/Bendix joint-venture) set up a site in Toulouse
- 1970: Bosch set up a site in Onet-le-Château, Aveyron county
